PROVOKE IS A CREATIVE CULTURE STUDIO AND AGENCY FOCUSING ON HELPING BRANDS CONTRIBUTE MEANINGFULLY TO YOUTH CULTURE THROUGHOUT EUROPE (AND BEYOND). WE FOCUS ON COMMUNICATION, STRATEGY AND CREATIVITY THROUGH KEY COMMUNITIES RELEVANT TO YOUTH CULTURE. AS A CULTURE AGENCY IT'S CRUCIAL FOR US TO ALWAYS HAVE A COMMUNITY AND CULTURE FIRST APPROACH AS WE LOVE WHAT WE DO AND WANT TO ENSURE OUR CREATIONS AND CAMPAIGNS REALLY ADD TO CURRENT CULTURAL DISCOURSE. OUR ORGANIZATION IS STRUCTURED AROUND 5 KEY PILLARS: RESEARCH, STRATEGY, CREATIVE, MEDIA, AND WEB3. WE WORK WITH A RANGE OF BRANDS WHO BELIEVE IN TRUE PARTNERSHIP AND ALIGN WITH OUR PHILOSOPHY ABOUT BRINGING VALUE TO YOUTH CULTURE. WE DON’T ONLY WANT TO DEFINE OURSELVES ON THE AGENCY WORK WE DO THOUGH, WE USE OUR COMMERCIAL WORK TO FUEL AN ENGINE THAT ALLOWS US TO ALLOCATE RESOURCES TO A RANGE OF CREATIVE AND PROGRESSIVE CULTURAL INITIATIVES.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS WITH A SHARP EYE ON BUDGETS, TIMELINES AND DELIVERABLES
  • PROACTIVE ATTITUDE TO KEEP ALL TEAM MEMBERS ALIGNED ON THE OVERALL PROCESS
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CREATION OF PROJECT QUOTES, TIMELINES AND FINAL DELIVERABLES OVERVIEW
  • SERVE AS MAIN POINT OF CONTACT ON YOUR PROJECTS 
  • ESTABLISH PROJECT TASKS AND COORDINATION OF RESOURCES
  • TRACK PROJECT CHANGES AND HAVE A PROACTIVE APPROACH ON THE IMPACT THAT AFFECTS RESOURCE, TIMELINE & BUDGET
  • MAKING SURE PROJECTS ARE PROFITABLE WITH REALISTIC TIMELINES 
  • MONITORING AND REPORTING PROJECTS 
  • MANAGE, UPDATE AND APPROPRIATELY STORE PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
  • COORDINATION OF PROJECT PIPELINE AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT REGARDING ALL PROJECTS
  • SETTING UP QUOTES THAT MATCH OUR STANDARD LEVEL OF SERVICE AND MINIMUM MARGINS 
  • SUPPORT ON IMPROVING INTERNAL PROCESSES
  • REPORT AND ESCALATE TO MANAGEMENT WHEN NEEDED
 

WHAT WE EXPECT 

  • 3-5 YEARS AGENCY EXPERIENCE MANAGING HIGH-END PROJECTS FROM A TO Z
  • ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE, MULTI-LAYERED PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY
  • SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF PROJECT LIFECYCLES AND PHASES 
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WRITTEN AND VERBAL (ENG & NL)
  • WELL ORGANIZED, ATTENTION TO DETAIL & EAGER TO LEARN
  • PRO-ACTIVE ATTITUDE AND CAN-DO MENTALITY
  • A SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY IS KEY: FOR THE PEOPLE YOU WORK WITH, THE OVERALL PROCESS AND FINAL RESULT
